　　Xi'an Wanhe Metallurgy Technology Co., Ltd. primarily engages in the development, research and manufacturing of metallurgical engineering and equipment, as well as providing complete sets of solutions and technical services. It is a high-tech private enterprise integrating scientific research with production.

　　The company's technical strength is primarily composed of departments including the Mechanical Engineering Department, Hydraulic Engineering Department, Electrical Engineering, Production Department, Quality Inspection Department, Marketing/Sales Department, After-Sales Service Department, Procurement Department, and Finance Department. The company boasts robust technical capabilities, with key technical personnel in each department largely drawn from former national key research institutes and large state-owned enterprises—individuals who bring extensive experience as engineering professionals. Currently, the company has more than 20 senior engineers and engineers on staff. The factory spans an area of over 7,000 square meters, employing more than 50 skilled workers and a total workforce of over 70 employees. Additionally, the company benefits from the expertise of two specialized consultant experts in the field of mechanical components processing, supported by over 30 advanced machines, including lathes, machining centers, and grinding equipment, as well as two dedicated production lines for lightweight metal materials.
　　Our company has developed and manufactured a range of equipment in the steel pipe sector, including steel pipe anti-corrosion and insulation production lines; heat treatment production lines for oil well pipes, casing pipes, drill pipes, and other steel tubes; tube processing production lines; water-quenching equipment; blow-suction ash removal and dust control systems; pressure straightening machines; and comprehensive mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical design, installation, and commissioning services for our entire product line—including water treatment systems.
　　The equipment developed and engineered for the strip and plate sector includes a six-roll reversible cold-rolling thin-plate production line; a leveling and finishing production line; a galvanizing production line; a color-coating production line; an acid pickling production line; a heavy-recoiling production line; as well as mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical design packages, installation, and commissioning services for various metallurgical equipment such as the skin-pass mill unit, tension-leveling unit, and degreasing production unit.

　　The company has built a talented workforce and established two high-performance lightweight metal material production lines, complete with mechanical processing facilities, all centered around metal structural component design, R&D of light-metal-based materials, and the development of advanced solidification and forming technologies for these materials. Focused on cutting-edge processes such as gravity casting and counter-gravity differential-pressure casting, the company transforms molten metals into high-precision, high-strength casting blanks. Leveraging its comprehensive in-house machining capabilities, it offers customers a one-stop production and processing service—from raw blanks to finished products.
