　　The water-quenching furnace is an industrial heat treatment device that combines a vacuum environment with a water-quenching process. It primarily consists of a furnace body, heating components, a vacuum system, and a water-cooling unit. This equipment is widely used in the solid-solution treatment of special metal materials such as titanium alloys and beryllium bronze, as well as in the heat treatment processes for precision alloys. By employing rapid cooling techniques, it effectively enhances the mechanical properties of these materials. In terms of structural design, the furnace features a vertical, vacuum-based dual-chamber layout, equipped with molybdenum strip heaters and stainless steel insulation shields. This design enables the quenching transfer time to be reduced to just 3–8 seconds, ensuring minimal oxidation on the workpiece surface and significantly reducing deformation. In 2021, the technology was included in the National Industrial Water-Saving Technology Catalogue, where a closed-loop water-replenishment system is utilized to recycle process wastewater efficiently.

　　The water quenching equipment is used to perform quenching treatment on hot steel pipes exiting the quenching furnace. It rapidly cools the steel pipes through a combination of "spraying + rotation + internal spraying," ensuring the pipes meet the requirements of the heat treatment process. The system primarily consists of a loading device, a rotating mechanism, a pressure roller assembly, a frame, a water-blocking unit, an unloading device, a draining system, internal spray nozzles, an external spraying system, a hydraulic system, a lubrication system, and an advanced electrical automation control system.
