Cold Rolling Mill Unit
Cold-rolled thin sheets, known for their excellent surface quality, high smoothness, precise dimensions, and superior product performance, are increasingly being applied across various industries—including galvanizing, color coating, automotive manufacturing, household appliances, aerospace, instrument making, and food packaging. Meanwhile, as the economy continues to grow, the demand for cold-rolled thin sheets is also experiencing a rapid surge.
Based on the product characteristics and diverse customer needs, our company can design and manufacture six-roll reversible cold rolling mills, four-roll reversible cold rolling mills, and multi-roll reversible cold rolling mills with various specifications and parameters. These units feature advanced technology, high reliability, minimal investment, and a small footprint.

Characteristics of the four-roll reversible mill:
1. Transmission method: Divided into working roll and backup roll transmission methods.
2. Press-down methods: Two control modes—conventional electric press-down and AGC hydraulic press-down.
3. Equipped with a work roll bending system, it can quickly adjust the roll crown, altering the contact pressure distribution between rolls to achieve precise control of the strip shape.
4. The overall machine structure is simple, making maintenance and operation easier.
Production Process Flow:
Coil Uncoiler (Upper Coiling Carriage) → Initial Straightening Machine → Front Coiler → (Uncoiling Carriage) → Front-End Equipment → Four-Roll Rolling Mill → Rear-End Equipment → Rear Coiler (Uncoiling Carriage) → (Coil Helper).
Characteristics of the six-roll reversible mill:
1. Drive Method: Work Roll Drive;
2. Press-down method: AGC hydraulic press-down, offering high control precision, rapid system response, and a high degree of automation;
3. Roll bending method: Both positive and negative bending of the work roll allows for rapid adjustment of roll crowning, altering the distribution of contact pressure between rolls, thereby achieving precise control over strip shape.
4. Equipped with segmented roll cooling and intermediate roll lateral movement functions.
Production Process Flow:
Coil Uncoiler (Upper Coiling Car) → Initial Straightening Machine → Front Coiler → (Uncoiling Car) → Pre-Machine Setup → Six-Roll Rolling Mill → Post-Machine Setup → Rear Coiler (Uncoiling Car) → (Coil Helper).

Aluminum alloy casting is a manufacturing process that involves pouring molten aluminum alloy into a mold, allowing it to cool and solidify into the desired part shape. It is widely used in industries such as automotive and aerospace. The main casting methods include sand casting, metal die casting, die casting, and low-pressure casting, each suited to different levels of complexity and production volumes—for instance, sand casting is ideal for large components, while die casting enables high-precision, high-volume production.
CNC machining is a modern mechanical processing technology that achieves high precision and efficiency through computerized, digital control. As a core component of advanced manufacturing techniques, it is rapidly advancing toward even greater precision, higher efficiency, and increased intelligence—making it an indispensable key technology in today’s industrial manufacturing.
