Surface coating technology for coating machines involves applying a new material onto the surface of a product. The primary functions of this surface spraying include providing water resistance, dust protection, and anti-static properties. Surface coating is essentially the process of forming a thin film layer on the substrate, designed to enhance and protect the material's surface. After the new material is sprayed onto the product surface, its chemical composition and microstructure can differ entirely from the substrate material—all while ensuring that the resulting surface performance meets specific requirements, the bonding strength between the coating and substrate is robust enough for the intended application conditions, and the process remains economically viable and environmentally friendly. Typically, the thickness of the coated layer is just a few micrometers—or even thinner.
Equipment composition:
It consists of a face-coating adhesive roller, a face-coating coating roller, a back-coating adhesive roller, a back-coating coating roller, a transmission system, and a batching system. The adhesive and coating rollers feature split-type bearing housings, making it convenient to maintain and replace the rollers.
The adhesive roller and coating roller are each driven by independent variable-frequency motors, enabling precise control of the coating thickness.

Aluminum alloy casting is a manufacturing process that involves pouring molten aluminum alloy into a mold, allowing it to cool and solidify into the desired part shape. It is widely used in industries such as automotive and aerospace. The main casting methods include sand casting, metal die casting, die casting, and low-pressure casting, each suited to different levels of complexity and production volumes—for instance, sand casting is ideal for large components, while die casting enables high-precision, high-volume production.
CNC machining is a modern mechanical processing technology that achieves high precision and efficiency through computerized, digital control. As a core component of advanced manufacturing techniques, it is rapidly advancing toward even greater precision, higher efficiency, and increased intelligence—making it an indispensable key technology in today’s industrial manufacturing.
