Recoiling Unit
The heavy-duty recoiling unit is an industrial device used for shearing, slitting, and rewinding coiled materials. It is widely applied in industries such as metal sheets, paper, and plastic films, primarily to process large coils into smaller rolls that meet specified dimensions—and ultimately enhance product quality.

Recoiling Unit
The heavy-recoiling unit is a crucial component in modern strip steel production. It is used to rewind large-diameter steel coils with thicknesses ranging from 0.15 to 3.0 mm—after processes such as head and tail cutting, edge trimming, stretch-bend straightening, inspection, and oiling—into finished, smaller-diameter steel coils weighing 5 to 15 tons each. The unit features functions like edge trimming, flattening, oiling, coil splitting, and weighing.
Core function: Slit large-diameter coils (such as cold-rolled steel coils or metal strips) into narrower-width coils, then rewind them into qualified steel coils. At the same time, it can also perform processes like surface quality inspection, defect treatment, and oiling.
Main functions: Serving as an intermediate process in the cold rolling production line, it can both adjust coil specifications to meet downstream demands and enhance product quality by inspecting and separating coils.

Aluminum alloy casting is a manufacturing process that involves pouring molten aluminum alloy into a mold, allowing it to cool and solidify into the desired part shape. It is widely used in industries such as automotive and aerospace. The main casting methods include sand casting, metal die casting, die casting, and low-pressure casting, each suited to different levels of complexity and production volumes—for instance, sand casting is ideal for large components, while die casting enables high-precision, high-volume production.
CNC machining is a modern mechanical processing technology that achieves high precision and efficiency through computerized, digital control. As a core component of advanced manufacturing techniques, it is rapidly advancing toward even greater precision, higher efficiency, and increased intelligence—making it an indispensable key technology in today’s industrial manufacturing.
