Products comply with GB/T34611-2017"rigid polyurethane coating polyethylene winding"prefabricated directly buried insulating pipe are standard requirements,suitable for outer diameter forØ219~Ø,Ø508~Ø1600 mm,1016 mm,length is 8000~18000 mm steel pipe.
Production process:upper pipe→(install heat tracing box)→preheat before spraying→foam spraying→foam rounding→foam layer inspection→polyolefin winding→PE cutting off→water-cooling→tube end cutting→finished pipe.
