Four-roll temper mill of Middle and broad precision strip is equipped with hydraulic AGC system,under the rolling line automatic adjustment device:work roll adopts hydraulic positive and negative bending electro-hydraulic servo system,computer online control,which can realize constant elongation,constant rolling force,constant roll gap,constant tension leveling process.
Process characteristics
1.AGC servo hydraulic pressure,with high control precision,fast system response,high automation,etc;
2.Hydraulic online changing roll,roll changing time is short;
3.The work roll is bending roll,change the roll contact pressure distribution,high precision control
